Step 2 - Then I reduced rice or bread or things like this,

Because rice and bread can also make you fat,

So I reduced it from my diet,

So in my main meal ie lunch and dinner,

I eat little bit of rice or bread and a lot of boiled chicken or boiled fish etc,

So before I would have eaten one plate of rice, some fried chicken and some other curries,

Now what I do is,

I reduced my rice intake,

And I started eating just 1 quarter plate of rice instead of one full plate of rice,

And I started eating 3x more boiled chicken or boiled fish,

So the meals are tasty, I can eat a lot and still lose weight...

Step 3 - I made a decision to eat salads or fruits or even 1 big carrot before eating my main meals,

You know something,

Regardless of how much carrots we eat,

We are not gonna gain weight LOL,

So what I noticed is,

If I eat some salads or a big carrot before I eat the main dish,

Then I will be less hungry,

And as a result,

I will eat less main dish,

So along with making the main dish less fatty,

You will end up eating less main dish,
