Car Blitz is a registered Not-for-Profit Organization based in Ontario. Car Blitz operates a classified advertising and community platform connecting private car sellers, car owners, and buyers. 1. Platform Role / Terms of Use
Car Blitz is a listing platform, not a motor vehicle dealer. We do not buy, sell, trade, or broker vehicles.
Car Blitz does not verify the accuracy of any listings, vehicle details, images, prices, or offers.
Users must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transactions. This includes:
Vehicle inspections
Ownership verification
VIN / history checks
All communication, negotiation, and agreements are directly between buyers and sellers.
Users agree to not post illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe content.
Car Blitz reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that violates advertising terms, OMVIC regulations, or misleads consumers.
This platform is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

3. Listing Page Disclaimer
All vehicle details, descriptions, images, prices, and offers are provided by the individual seller or dealership.
Car Blitz does not guarantee the accuracy, condition, history, specifications, or roadworthiness of any vehicle.
Vehicles sold via private sellers are offered “as-is”.
Car Blitz does not facilitate sales, negotiate prices, or participate in any transaction.
Buyers and sellers are strongly encouraged to perform their own due diligence.
For vehicles posted by registered motor vehicle dealers, verify the dealer’s OMVIC registration at www.omvic.on.ca.
4. Messaging / Communication Disclaimer
All communication between buyers and sellers is directly between users.
Car Blitz is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from interactions between users.
Do not share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to communicate about the vehicle.

5. Financing Disclaimer
Financing options, if available, are provided by third-party partners.
Car Blitz is not a lender and does not guarantee approval.
Car Blitz may receive a referral fee if financing is approved.

6. Referral Program / Contest Disclaimer
Participation in referral programs or contests is voluntary.
