Car Blitz is a registered Not-for-Profit Organization based in Ontario. This contest is operated by Car Blitz (“we,” “our,” “us”) and is subject to these rules. By participating, you agree to these rules.

1. Contest Overview

The Car Blitz $1000 Cash Prize Contest (“Contest”) allows participants to earn entries by sharing referral links for car listings on the Car Blitz marketplace. Each unique click on your referral link counts as one entry toward the random draw.

2. Eligibility

Open to residents of Canada only.

No age restriction applies for this contest.

Employees, affiliates, or family members of Car Blitz are eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Visit the Car Blitz marketplace.

Select a car listing and obtain your free referral link.

Share your referral link on your social media accounts.

Each unique click on your referral link counts as one entry into the draw.

4. Contest Period

The Contest starts on [Start Date] and ends at 4:00 PM EST on December 31, 2025.

Entries received after the end date/time will not be eligible.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place live on Facebook at 4:00 PM EST on December 31, 2025.

All participants will receive an invite link to join the live draw 2 hours before the draw.

6. Prize

One (1) cash prize of up to $1000 CAD.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other value.

7. Notification

The winner will be notified during the live Facebook draw and via the email provided with their referral entry.

If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

Participation in the Contest is voluntary.

Car Blitz is not responsible for technical errors, social media platform issues, or misuse of referral links.

Car Blitz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time without prior notice.

9. Data & Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of contest administration and winner notification.

Your information will not be sold to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release Car Blitz, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from your participation or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Car Blitz is not responsible for disputes between users, errors, or losses related to contest entries or the referral program.

11. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
